QuanYin Method was spread to Sydney from Taiwan in 1992. First initiation was held in Sydney in 1992. The Supreme Master Ching Hai was invited to Sydney to have public lectures at Civic Hall, Bankstown on 16th and 17th of March, 1993. After that, the Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association Sydney Branch was established.

Since then, the Sydney Center has developed quickly. A few hundreds of people has received initiation into Quan Yin Method. The initiates join the group meditation every Sunday. Our Sydney Center has three Ching Hai libraries, the contact numbers are respectively:

Our Sydney Center irregularly holds seminar and join the festival to introduce Quan Yin Method to the public. Our Sydney Center often joins the charitable activities such as helping homeless people, refugee, the people suffering from the natural disaster. We also do some volunteer work for the society such as cleaning up Australia and visiting nursing home and prisoner.
